visitation- child custody
What exactly is considered a visitation in a child custody case? Can the non-custodial show up to visit a child while at school when it is not a part of their scheduled visits in the parenting plan

Re: visitation- child custody
The detailed language of the parenting plan is controlling. As I don't know what the parenting plan says, I would not want to speculate.
