I have filed for divorce from my husband who is in prison for murder. He contested, asking for visitation of our daughter whom he has never met since I was pregnant with her when he got arrested. What are the chances that I will have to take my daughter to prison to visit him?

These are handled case by case. You may have a better case for not supporting visitation than many residential parents, but it is by no means assured that you would be successful. As to what the chances are, I could not say.
