Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

visitation

My 13 yr old daughter does not want to visit with her father this year. We live in another state and she says she will not get on a the airplane when I take her to the airport. my parenting plan says that he is to have her for 8 weeks. Does she have to go? and Can he take me to court even though it was her decision?

You could be held in contempt for not taking all reasonable efforts to comply with the parenting plan. Children are not allowed to make the decisions that a parent should be making.
