Visitations

My daughter lives with her grandma and her mom and her grandma have joint custody of her and she wants to see me. but they dont want to talk to me or have anything to do with me. What can I do??

Assuming paternity is established, you can file a petition for establishment of a parenting plan. A GAL/CASA/FCS evaluator will have to be appointed to assist the court.
