Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I am in Washington state. My EX and I have two children together. I am afraid he is not going to give my son back to me when he has him. Can he legaly do that if there is no parenting plan in place yet?

Yes he can. I would recommend getting a court order in place before you give him the child.
