Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
My Wife and I take have our daughter and her three kids living with us , has been for many years now. I provide total suport for them. I pay for everything to include the cell phone she uses, the car she drives and the fuel bill. We have a small apartment attached to the rear of our house and that is where she stays and sometimes the kids. My daughteris 37, the kids are 12, 15 and 16. Can I claim them on my income tax?

I don't know but I would call the IRS help line. They are usually pretty good. I wouldn't give my name, however.
