Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
My wife lied on our divorce claiming she didnt know how to find me and I never was served or given a chance to respond and as a result she was awarded a totally one sided divorce with full custody & a huge monthly child support. What can I do to make this fair and expose her perjury

Perjury: that's a crime - and you're probably not a prosecutor. Worry about fixing the atrocity first and convincing prosecutors later.
You're going to want to try a CR60 motion to vacate most likely. You'll need to demonstrate prima facie evidence of being able to challenge what was done in the dissolution (probably easy). You need an order to show cause, and the personal service on the wife.
I would advise getting a lawyer. If you can prove your case, you will likely win not only the CR 60 motion but also gain advantage in the subsequent litigation due to her actions.
