Can my wife recieve alamony after 1 year?

I've bee married 14 months. The marrage is going south,quickly! I'm on track to earn around 90k this year. She is on unemployment. Can she recieve alamony?

Theoretically, yes, but practically, probably not, unless she quit work because you asked her to or promised to take care of her or something of that nature, even then the period would be short (think months not years) to help her get back into work.
