Do you have a legal separation? If you do, you should have a parenting plan. If you don't have a legal separation, you should file for legal separation or dissolution of your marriage (divorce), you will have to propose a parenting plan. At the same time you file for the legal separation or dissolution of marriage you should consider filing a motion for temporary orders to establish a temporary parenting plan and temporary order of support. If you don't take action, you have no effective recourse.
