xfer full ownership of house at divorce

My wife and I are divorcing, and I'm getting the house. What do I need to do to xfer ownership of the property after the divorce?

Quit claim deed. Buy at stationary store or download in Word 6.0 at ftp://www.wa.gov/courts/word60/lpo/x-12i.doc

Consideration is "divorce decree".

You'll have to have her signature notarized.

Also, go to county Treasurer's office and get exise tax affidavit. You have to fill it out but will be exempt from tax.

Then record the deed at the county Auditor's office.
