X-wife harassing my husband

My husband shares 2 children with his x-wife. She has been harassing my husband non stop. She even used our personal email address that she got from my husband's daughter and sent a harassing email. I want it stopped and not just by blocking her via email. His daughters are 15 and 19. She is the custodial parent. What can we do to make her stop harassing us?
