Auto Accident

I was in an automobile accident the other day, and I was wondering can I get reimberseded for the loss of Perscription Eye Wear, Cell Phone, Child Car Seats. All of which were destroyed in the collision. Accident was not my fault!

Yes, you can claim damages that were proximately caused by the accident. Stop talking to the adjuster for your company - AND the adjuster for the other guy's company, find a personal injury lawyer you like and ask for a consult. Will not cost you a thing.

I don't do car accident cases, but I'd be happy to give you a referral to somebody who does. Best of luck with this, and go see your doctor as soon as you can.
