Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

bad neighbor

My neighbor erected a floodlight directed at my house. It disrupts normal functioning, sleeping, and causes us distress. He stated that he is aiming it at us as he doesn't like us. I have contacted law enforcement and community development, both to no avail.

Re: bad neighbor

So sue him. Get a court to order him to take down the floodlight and pay you for the distress. Get a doctor to write a report about how stressed you are about this. Get a lawyer to handle it for you.
