Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

I want to take the deal and not go to trial?

Ok so i went to court today and i told my public defender that i wanted to take the case to trial. He then told me that i will most likelly have to spend every day in court for the next week! My work schedule does not permit this and i was wondering if i could chang the plea and take the deal that he presented to me in the first place?

If a trial is too arduous for you, what is a sentence going to do for you?

The PD would be more than happy to hear that you have changed your mind and now want to do the plea. So call him.

But be sure you understand the consequences.
