death deficit for geraldine galpin

mom passed away 2 weeks ago im her POA and she owed credit cards but all is liqudated ,way before death because she moved,would like to mail a legal form stating she has no money to pay these not just a personal note and death cert but i dont no what form or where to get it need ASAP thank you so much please mail form to 6601 glenwood ave everett WA 98203 ill make copys

Hate to suprise you, but there is no such form.

You need to consult with a probate attorney to determine whether and to what extent you need to administer a probate.

If you call the Snohomish County Bar association they will give you a reference to an attorney who handles probates. Or, ask a friend if they were happy with their attorney.

Her creditors are not going to go away until you do this, and it is best not to wait.
