Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington
How can I eject a renter. There is no written contract. Money has been paid only a few times since Easter of 2009. This is a great nephew.

You are looking to file an unlawful detainer action. Do NOT attempt self help. Washington's Residential Landlord Tenant Act offers protections and duties that must be followed by landlords and tenants. Non-payment of rent is the typical justification for an unlawful detainer action, which is a fairly expedited proceeding.
You can attempt to handle this matter yourself, or hire an attorney (contact your county bar association for a referral if necessary). Attorney fees are sometimes awarded as part of unlawful detainers.
