i hit 2 horse what is my rights

i hit 2 horse at nite on a main country rd they pd for the car but i still have headache almost every day sometime they are so bad i have to stay in bed we are self employed so i have had to get other people to drive the semi and do the books for us i am still under medical treatment their ins adjuster wants me to take 1500.00 for my pain i have had to pay out more than this to a employe because i couldnt do my work what is a fair amount this has been going on since july 8 1998 aand is still go what should i do

Get an attorney if you are unable to negotiate a fair settlement, which sounds like the case.

I'd have your doctor refer you to the appropriate specialist to detrermine your damages. Keep a record of all expenses, and a journal of your pain and other problems.

Kind of reminds me of a case I had where a man named Luce who was nicknamed "Hoss" had been drinking and hit a stray horse on the road. Halfway through his deposition, it dawned on me that loose Hoss Luce had hit the loose hoss.

Hope it doensn't hurt to laugh.
