Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

If I am in jail and in our unit at 5:00 am a CO falls out of his chair,hits the floor and is having a seizuer. Myself and a few other prisoners call for help for the CO. Are we due more than popcorn a can soda and a movie?.

I presume you are asking a legal question, to which the answer is "no". In fact, legally, you are not even due popcorn, a can of soda or a movie.

However, your act of kindness and mercy shows you have not lost your soul in a hostile environment. Had you not shown mercy and kindness, you would have suffered loss of self-respect and the respect of others who have not lost their souls.
