You need to get in compliance, and this will require your appearance to demonstrate to the court that you should not have your case dismissed.
Be sure you have filed the answer, the affidavit of service, the confirmation of issues, your witness list, and have been conducting discovery.
If this sounds like Greek to you, review the local court rules and determine what you need to file to be in compliance and do that. Or lawyer up.
