Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

I was mailed a stipulated judgement along with a summary judgement and a notice of court date. This is a he said she said case. The plaintiff is an old video store that claims that I rented movies but never returned them. All they have provided is a copy of the original contract. No proof as to anything else, other than a hand written statement. Please help, they are asking for $800.00.

Have you been served with a summons and complaint? If so does it have a cause number on it? Have you answered the complaint? Have you filed a response to the motion for summary judgment? Answers to these questions would affect the course I would recommend.
