Motorhome Stolen By Fraud

Sold by con man to second party. Does he have some claim? How to recover property (he is in posession)?

Could you possibly provide some more facts? This is pretty meager if you want an answer. Also - if you want an analysis, please avoid pronouns. I can't tell who is in possession - the con man or the other party.

The short answer is if somebody steals something from you, make a police report. The police may not do anything, but at least you have a record that you tried.
