Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington
When I note a motion for hearing in Washington state, does the hearing date noted need to be the Friday that is three weeks from the filing date of the motion in a civil case?

Alas it depends on the county, type of motion, and particular courtroom (i.e. what rules that court might have or availability).
