Parking lot liability
Yesterday I hit the car next to me with my door in a grocery store parking lot. There was a smudge of my car's paint on this other persons door but no other discernible damage. This person now wants to file a claim with my insurance to fix the smudge. Am I required to provide this info to them or will their insurance be liable if they decide to carry through with making a claim?

If you caused the damage, I think you should pay for it.
