over payment

I over paid a medical account in Washington State. Do they have to give me my money back?

Probably. You should write to them and explain why you believe you overpaid the bill and ask for the overage to be returned to you promptly.

You should send the letter certified return receipt requested so you can prove you mailed it.

If you don't get a response you should write to the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division and ask for their assistance.
