Personal Injury?
My husband and I are renting a house, we have two dogs. The dogs are usually kept in a fenced area, but got out and wandered out to the road. A motorcyclist was riding by and swerved to avoid one of our dogs. He has threatened to sue us, can he?

He can sue you. I have difficulty seeing the "damages" though if he merely swerved to avoid one of the dogs. Contact me directly if he does actually sue you. I also have an office in the 98070 area.
