?I have two cars in my name one my ex cosigned for he's not making payments on the car he's driving and I want it back how do I go about making that happen

You can sue him for the payments he has not made. When you win a lawsuit over this, you can ask the court to issue a writ to instruct the sheriff to bring you the car so you can sell it and get paid.

It's fairly complicated so you'd probably do better to get a lawyer to help you.

You can sue him. Depending on the value of the vehicle, you may be able to sue him yourself in small claims court. Also, review your divorce settlement. It likely addressed the issue of the cars.
