reserving signatures on depositions
I am a court reporter and was wondering what additional documentation I need to have when a witness reserves signature but never sends back a correction page

Re: reserving signatures on depositions
There isn't additional documentation required other than your correspondence with the deponent's attorney telling them the transcript is ready for review.
If the deponent doesn't appear, read, correct or otherwise suggest your transcript is in any way inaccurate, then your transcript stands.
Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
