Revocation of power of attorney

Who do I have to turn my Revocatoin into to make sure the next time this person uses a power of attorney I can take legal actions against them

it depends on what the DPOA says. Generally, your revocation is effective when you send notice to the attorney in fact.

To be doubly sure, you can also record the document with the county where you live.
