Single Family Dwelling Use
I own and live in a single family dwelling with an adult daughter that has Bi-polar syndrome. She is moving homeless people, with what little possesions they have, into my home when I am away at work during the day. What legal rights do I have to remove the people and/or items? What legal measure do I take to prevent this?

You might contact your local police and ask about getting a "trespass order" on your property. This means that you tell the police who is allowed to be in your house, and everyone else can be removed. Then, you can call the police to escort unwanted persons off your property.
Another option might be to seek the help of your daughter's mental health caregivers in stopping this behavior.

The answer to your problem is not about your housing it is about your daughter's ability to make independent living choices. You need to strongly consider whether you need to put together a guardianship for her. Depending on how old she is this may be a question for Adult Protective Services; they are in the phone book in the government pages.
