What are some basic black and white laws about bank account subpeonas? How can i block or sack? Case law to support, to make motion, the bank accounts are mine and ath case involves e-commerce business. How do i stop the plaintiffs lawyers from going on fishing expeditions with my personal info? Thank you for your urgent reply.
