Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

I wasI have been custodial mother of my children the last 3 yrs!

A older half brother filed a very perjured restraining order: stating I was a sex offender which case I have absolute proof I am not! And much more that was placed on it that was untrue! I was served this on May 11, 2007. He has used this and thru the help of his attorney to this day with continuences and etc.. which I believe he is, and has committed criminal offenses of custodial Interference and perjury and family court has been allowing this and allowing him to keep my children as he's keeping them safe they say! I have not had attorney and his has been going way out to prove me a unfit mother thru all this time of continuences and allegations of lies. This I believe has been against my Constitutional Rights as their only parent alive now and during all this parent alienation, the father passed away on July 19th. So, they have been experiencing such Loss from me their mother, and their fathers recent death! The half brother has put me into Child support and plus he's now getting surviver's benefits thru Disability for them, and stands as executor of his deceased father's estate a possibly large lawsuit from disability that is retroactive clear back to 1996 when I was living with the father and our children! What do I do?
