Legal Question in Health Care Law in Washington
If a 19 year old is still in Hi School and has a letter form the state stating that her father is required to provide medical insurance as long as she is in school and until the age of 26.
If her father drops her from his insurance is he required to cover her medical bills?

It is unclear what the authority is for the State to simply assert that a parent has to continue to provide support for a child past 18 years of age. There are I am sure facts that you have not provided in your question, without them the question is not answerable. The law is applied to facts, it does not stand alone.
