Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I am done with my 6 years of H1B and currently have my I 140 approved..Got 3 years of extension based on I140 a few months back..Now I want to change my employer....Can I do that while on the 3 year extension? If Yes, Do I have to start the whole green card process again with the second employer?

Assuming the adjustment has not been pending for more than 6 months, then you must find another employer to petition you for the PERM from the beginning. You must get a transfer H-1B and show the PERM has been pending for at least 365 days.
