Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I need to add my fathers family name to my biographic information which i submitted to INS when i applied for a green card what should i do or which INS form i should use to make that correction to my fathers name.

You could submit an amended form G-325A now, or wait for an interview or the USCIS to issue a "request for evidence" for that information.
