Applying for US citizenship
my wife's visa expired couple of years ago, i will be applying for the US citizenship this year. is it gonna be an issue for me? will the reject my application ? currently i am not working . do i have to show my income? please help me.tnx

Much of it will depend on how she entered the United States. I am assuming you are intending to apply to adjust her status (or, receive a Green Card). So long as she entered the US legally, it should not be a problem adjusting her status. Regarding your income, yes, you do need to show that you can support her financially. If you do not have sufficient income, you can get someone else to sponsor her with you. If you would like any further assistance, please do not hestitate to contact me.
