Canada is a visa waiver country so she needs nothing special to travel to the US for a visit. However, if her intent is to remain in the US, i.e. marriage, then she needs to apply through the consulate on a K (fiancee) visa or you can marry in Canada and apply for a marriage based adjustment.

If she comes to visit and you decide to "just get married" then do not do it too quickly. The immigration service may think that her original entry was fraudulent--that she intended to get married all along--and remove her from the US. Contact me directly for further assistance.
