what factors are in consideration when determining when to make a criminal deportation? is burg 2nd degree enough to deport someone thats lived in the states over 15 years?

crimes of moral turpitude, violent offense, aggrevated felonies are the key crimes that get one deported. The length of time in the US matters if you are a greencard holder. You can ask for cancellation of removal. Actually, you can ask as a non-citizen for the circumstances in which it is granted are extremely rare. Whether burg. 2nd is deportable likely depends on your sentence.
