Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

EAD approved, business school

I am from India and I have my EAD approved. however my green card will not be approved till the date turns current in EB-2 category. Can I apply to business school full time or need to wait for my green card and do I need to change my status. i have been working for 4 yrs now.

You could attend school at this time, but when the I-485 is adjudicated you will need to be able to show that a position is open to you at that time (matching the position described in the I-140).
