What can be done depends largely on why he was arrested. Normally a person like your fiance who has been in the U.S. for more tha 10 years and is the father or spouse of a U.S. Citizen can apply for Cancellation of Removal as a form of relief from possible deportation, but again, his ability to apply for this depends on why he was arrested as certain criminal convictions will stop him from being able to apply for this form of relief.
You should consult with an immigration attorney in the Seattle/Tacoma area who regularly handles removal cases for advice on this case.
