Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I am on H4 visa. Can I do work from jobs? Is there any way for me other than H1B to earn in US? Please help.

You cannot work under an H-4. You would have to change your status to either an immigrant or non-immigrant visa that would allow you to work.

I hope I've answered your question; however as I dont know all of the facts on your matter it might be better to set up a consultation with me for a more in depth evaluation of your case.

You may not work when you are on an H-4 visa. You may attend school. You also may want to think about applying for another visa if you need to work. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation.
