Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
Hello,
I am currently on an H-1B, which expires October 2010. My current employer has neither filed for my extension nor LCA/GC process. My previous employer, however, did file for my LCA and it is still in audit. What are my options to continue staying in the US and filing for a Green Card?
Thank you.

If you mean by LCA labor certification, then as long as the case was filed already as it seems it has been, you should be fine to get extension come October 2010. You could get an extension for three years if your country is also oversubscribed (backlogged due to quotas).
