Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

immigration for my childs mother

the mother of my child is not a u.s. citizen neither are her parents but my child and myself were both born in the u.s. the immigration office is saying that they may have to deport her back to Germany even though born in Germany has grown up since she was little in the u.s. what are my/her options here the mother and i have a good relationship and are still friends what are her options since our child was born here is there a way that she can get her citizenship without getting married or what any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated i dont want her parents raising my child if she gets deported but i also don't want her to get deported

She can apply for cancellation of removal. She must show hardship to the US citizens (the children). Depending on your location, we should meet and consult in person over her options.

she needs to apply for cancellation of removal...if she can show that she has been living in the us for more than 10 years and it will extreme hardship to her us citizen child if she gets deported.
