Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

Naturalization help?

We have a sweet young man visiting us. We'd like to help him get papers (naturalization?) or whatever it takes to stay in this country legally for the next 5-15 years (maybe longer). We'd like to see him succeed: go to school, have a career, etc. As an immigrant with limited education, he faces a lot of obstacles. How can we help him to live here legally and have a foundation to build on? Thank you!

You can adopt him if he is under 16 years of age and then sponsor him as your child. He is from which country?
