Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

permenant residence for student

i came to the US about 7 years ago with my family with visitors visas. i was 16 years old when i came from Oman. i went to high school and graduated here in the US. i am attending college now. i want to know if there is a law or a way for me to qualify to become a legal permenant resident, with the exception of marriyng an American citizen.

Thanks for you question. There are potential visa overstay problems since you came as a visitor a while ago. However, marrying a US citizen cures your visa overstay problems. Don't forget that you can co-process your I-130 and I-485. If you have any additional questions, contact me directly.
