What do I do If I am on social security Disabled and I want to marry an illegal immigrant? We have been together for ten years and I can't go to Mexico I need medication and treatment here and If he gets deported I could lose my daughter. What are our options?

Did he enter the country legally or illegally? Are you a U.S. Citizen? The answer to this question will determine what options are available to you. If he entered illegally (without inspection), he will probably need a waiver and will have to apply for his visa abroad. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.

You are free to marry whomever you desire. Your fiance will have to apply for a waiver of inadmissibility but can also use your disability as support as to the fact that you are dependent on him. I am a little concerned about your income though. You may need a joint sponsor to help you file for him.
