Legal Question in Insurance Law in Washington

auto accident insurance

I was in a accident, I was rear ended while I was sitting at a stop light. I have full coverage insurance and so does the other driver. I have been told that my insurance company will total my vehicle. I am not sure of what I am legally entitled to receive as fair compensation for my vehicle

You are entitled to the fair market value of the vehicle of the collision or the cost or repair plus any diminution in value. Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
