Legal Question in Insurance Law in Washington
my dad was was in the millitay. he passed away in 2004. i found life insurance policy, listing my mom as the beneficary, but he remarreid. can the life insurnce with my mother still be honored?

I don't know the statute of limitations on insurance contracts; and, there may be references to time limits that are in the insurance contract itself. I'd take it and run, don't walk, to a competent lawyer familiar with fighting for life insurance claims. You might try calling Marty Fox up in Seattle. Tell him Sam sent you.
