injury
I was injured at Sears with a sprain. I faxed my medical bills and would like to know is the standard
that those representing Sears will give me an offer for medical as well as something else such as pain and inconviencence?

Possibly, depending on whether Sears was negligent. Sears may have a form of "med-pay" coverage for medical expenses incurred due to injuries occurring on the premises regardless of fault. Feel free to contact me to discuss if you have more questions.
