Legal Question in Insurance Law in Washington
My son's father and I wrote out a personal contractthat we got stamped notarized. In it says he will give me his car in exchange that I give him my van and he wants sex once a week, every month for a year, plus 2x in one day, every month. We had already transferred titles but I don't want to have sex with him at all. What will happen to me if I don't follow that part in the contract???????
1 Answer from Attorneys
It sounds like a contract for prostitution, even if that's not how either of you thought of it. The courts will not enforce a contract that requires one or more of the parties to commit a crime. But if your son's father sues, the court might invalidate the contract and make the two of you return each other's vehicles. You should consult a local attorney and discuss your case in more detail.
