Business Title Similar to Book Title

Hi,

I want to name my small business a certain phrase. I was stunned when I saw the exact phrasing used as the title of a book. Would it be illegal to use the phrase for my small business? Should I write to the author of the book and ask for permission?

I think you should have an anonymous trademark lawyer contact the book publisher and find out whether they are likely to object to such using. and that you should do th. On the other hand, that my alert them to something they had forgotten, namely, to protect their own designs
